2 players suspended for this, Judge & Bradley. Any injuries does anyone know? Gonna go with a 1-1 draw, Hopefully the break will have done them good, come back chomping at the bit. Have any of the junior players training signed with us? We have to wait until next week for the window for senior players unfortunately.

Was talking to one of the junior lads and he said he hasn't even trained with the senior team yet. They have just been doing fitness sessions etc..... So it doesn't seem like anyone has signed yet from the junior ranks. According to Athlone fans Garbhan Coughlan has been asked to come back from the loan so he might feature.
Another game im sadly going to miss.
Dundalk are in fantastic form so unless we can see a big change from recent performances I'd be surprised if we get anything.

I'm after getting the date of the game wrong. I took it from extratime, but it seems it's on saturday night. This changes things altogether, i'll go for a 2 all draw now

I'm hoping the break will have done the team some good. I'll go for a draw.

Will we get 1000 people attending tomorrow? Holidays, long break since last home game, weekends away, poor run of form all are going to play a part in how many we get. Hurlers hogging the attention lately & rightfully so, be good to get into a good run of form & get a buzz going again

I wouldn't be surprised to see below 1,000 but hope I'm wrong. Would love to see curran hit the ground rubbing for the second half of the season with a goal. Dundalk are missing a few key players which may help our cause.

Good results all round for us tonight. All the teams around us lost tonight.

Best game i've seen at thomond park this season, good open play end to end, Dundalk are a very good side, keep the ball on the ground all the time. Even at 2-0 down at half time I thought we had played well and had enough possession. Their 2nd goal, deflection from a free kick, nothing could be done about it. Ryan made an excellent save to keep out Kellys wayward backpass which would've made it 3. Fair play to the lads they kept going, playing some lovely football. Williams playing centre half was a good move, as was Tracy left full, thats his position I think, he's not a midfielder. I still have problems with Folan constantly hoofing the ball away to no-one. Work rate all around was very impressive. Disappointing attendance but was expected. A win like that can only get the confidence going.

Sickend I missed the game but over the moon with the result. Was going to be our toughest game of the next 3 or 4.
