On the support, I would agree that booing is a bit much, especially with the situation we are in. Some truely monumental f*ckwits go to our games.

I hope to god those boos where directed towards to referee because if they were towards the team I have lost all faith in human kind. Came from the stand, those left in the terrace tried to drown it out when the players came over the clap the fans, after game

After seeing MNS last night its clear it was a definite penalty, as was the one on McNamee for Derry. Our luck will surely change soon.

I see referee from Shels Neil Doyle hasn't got any games on friday or Monday. I don't think there is ever any public statement from the FAI on referees but maybe a sign. Obviously a definite penalty although the Shels red card seemed harsh too although tough to tell.

The standard of reffing in this league is appalling, not just against us, its just plain terrible.

Yeah. A week never goes by without something several baffling things taking place. Forget about us/Shels, what about that Athlone penalty against Mervue?

Alan Kelly is the only ref I would consider to be of a high standard. The rest are just different levels of bad.
Ya I think when the FAI punish a ref they just don't give him games and its never made public.
